McDougall versus Fuhrman Plan Video
I found this while roaming YouTube yesterday. The voices are electronically generated and sometimes hard to make out, but still an interesting dicussion.
What a great video...and their conclusion is exactly the same one as I've recently reached! Thanks for posting this; it's great to feel validated, especially amidst the very similar/slightly different (and therefore, confusing!!) healthy options that these respected doctors suggest. I'm new to your blog but have very much enjoyed reading about your culinary forays into the McDougall recipes! Thanks so much for your time and effort :-)!!
