Vikki Dedrick, owner of the 100% McDougall Facebook groups, is opening up the formerly private/secret 100% McDougall MWLP community, so now instead of it being hidden from searches and having to be invited, anyone can apply to join. Unlike many other McDougall communities on-line, Vikki and her moderators make sure that every post, every recipe, adheres 100% to the McDougall guidelines. No white flour recipes, no high salt ingredients, no juicing, etc..
If interested, wander on over and apply, before she changes her mind and makes it a "secret" community again.
