1 medium green pepper -- chopped
2 small zucchini -- cut in half then sliced

2 tablespoons chili powder
3 cups cooked kidney beans
2 tablespoons arrowroot -- or cornstarch mixed in

1) Place 1/2 cup of water in a large pot. Add onions and sauté over
